The Housekeeper poured her a glass of lemon water.

It wasn’t long before the chef served the dishes.

The steak, appetizing in appearance, was placed on a beautiful plate. Even though Enna didn’t have much of an appetite, she felt like picking up the knife and fork.

Beyond the steak, the chef had prepared pure Western side dishes like Borscht and Vegetable Salad.

Enna suddenly understood the meaning behind it–it was the Old Master who had ordered the porridge, not the Housekeeper.

Feeling comforted, she took a deep breath. Though previously without much appetite, seeing the verdant and glistening hot porridge stirred a new desire to eat.

She picked up the spoon beside her and began to slowly eat.

By the time she finished dining with Old Master Lawrence, the bowl of porridge in front of Enna was also finished.
