“Little Wolfie, I despise you!”

Seeing Wolverine sit down quietly, Deadpool immediately started howling.

The Wolverine he once knew was a true man—no matter how powerful the enemy, he never showed the slightest fear or hesitation. He’d just charge in and fight head-on.

Wolverine, completely unfazed, lit himself a cigar.

“No choice. No matter how big the problem, the Professor can handle it. I don’t have to risk my life anymore—I’ve gotten used to that.”

In the past, to save others, he had no choice but to fight, to throw himself into danger. He was the toughest shield—no matter how much pain he endured, he’d grit his teeth and bear it.

But now… he didn’t have to.

Ever since he started following George, George had become the strongest, most unbreakable shield for everyone—including him.

So, when faced with an enemy he knew he couldn’t defeat, his instinct was no longer to charge in, but to call for George instead.

“I’m not jealous—nope, not jealous at all!”

Hearing Wolverine’s answer, Deadpool tilted his head back, forcing back the tears threatening to fall.

“How fascinating… someone who can earn that much trust from Wolverine. Even my own brother couldn’t do that. Seems this prey is even more interesting than I thought.”

The curiosity on Cassandra’s face deepened.

She had been in the Void for many years and had seen countless versions of the same characters from different universes. Deadpools? Dozens of them here—always noisy, impossible to kill.

But Wolverines? Not a single one.

She had always thought Wolverine was special. But someone that special trusting another so completely—what kind of person could that be?

Just then, the stone hut’s door opened, and George stepped out.

“So, this is what they call walking right into the trap?”

He hadn’t even gone looking for Cassandra, and yet here she was, bringing all her subordinates straight to him. Wasn’t this practically gift-wrapping herself?

Moments earlier, while recording the coordinates of various universes, he had begun to gain some insights.

His current power, within the Marvel world, was roughly at the “Skyfather” level—and on the higher end of that tier.

After studying various forms of magic across the multiverse, his combat repertoire had become incredibly diverse. Though still at Skyfather level, he could deal with all kinds of opponents with remarkable versatility.

But Skyfather was still Skyfather. There was a massive gap between this and the single-universe level, not to mention the multiverse level.

And to evolve from Skyfather to single-universe, he saw two possible paths.

First: Create his own dimensional realm.

Just like most of Marvel’s demon gods, as long as he stayed within his own dimension, he could use its power to reach single-universe combat strength.

The larger and more complete the dimension, the stronger its boost. If it later evolved into a multidimensional realm, his power could reach multiverse level.

This was why so many Marvel demon gods roamed, devouring worlds—to strengthen their personal dimensions.

Dormammu of the Dark Dimension, for instance, constantly sought to invade Earth in different universes, aiming to consume Earth’s core and thereby devour entire universes to expand his realm.

George had already been following this path. Drawing from spatial magic from multiple worlds, he had carved out a realm of his own.

He was also studying the magic of creating life, learning how to build a fully functioning world.

Once completed, his strength would skyrocket—not just into the single-universe tier, but among its strongest members.

After all, he would have created a world from scratch, whereas many so-called single-universe demon gods merely seized pre-existing dimensions.

Dormammu, for example, was once a human sorcerer who took over the already-existing Dark Dimension to become its lord.

Mephisto was simply one among many powerful demons, who, through cunning schemes, eliminated rivals and seized the Hell Dimension to become its ruler.

Of course, creating a dimension was extremely difficult.

It required not just space and life, but the most fundamental laws governing the realm’s existence.

That’s why those rare demon gods who created their own dimensions often spent tens or even hundreds of billions of years building and perfecting them.

Fortunately, George had an advantage—he could study not only Marvel’s laws but also those from other universes he visited, comparing, blending, and adapting them.

This gave him far greater efficiency than someone studying Marvel’s laws alone.

Second: Increase his own magical power and break through to single-universe level through sheer personal strength.

In Marvel, apart from the few who created their own dimensions or took over existing ones, most demon gods and top-tier beings had no personal dimension—they relied solely on raw power.

The Celestials were the prime example: newborn Celestials might be below Skyfather level, but the oldest among them could reach multiverse strength through sheer longevity and growth.

However, reaching single-universe or multiverse level through self-cultivation alone was no easier than creating a dimension.

For him, relying only on Marvel’s meditation techniques, it would take trillions of years to reach the single-universe tier.

Still, he had another advantage: his clones trained additively—the more clones, the faster the progress.

With several trillion clones, he could reach single-universe in under a year.

Unfortunately, he currently had only seven clones, meaning the process would still take close to a trillion years.

But earlier, while recording coordinates in various universes, inspiration struck—he had found a way to accelerate his growth.

It was a method many Marvel demon gods already used:

Develop a network of followers, lend them magic, and collect “interest” in return—thereby accelerating his power growth.

If demon gods could do it, so could he.

Better yet, his clones could do it too. As long as he had enough power to lend, the more he loaned out, the more “interest” he’d get back, drastically shortening the time to reach single-universe level.

Once there, he could lend not just within his own realm but in all the parallel universes whose coordinates he had recorded.

The only problem—he didn’t yet know the exact methods demon gods used to recruit followers and manage these “loans.”

But the Ancient One might know—she’d dealt with plenty of demon gods.

Alternatively, his newest clone’s intel suggested that an “All-Nature” sect cultivator named Shen Chong—one of the Four Madmen—had a technique with a similar effect.
